This was easily the best experience I've had getting something framed, and one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I came in the week before Christmas with a request to frame a piece of stained glass that has sentimental value and significance to my family and me. I fully expected that it would not be ready for Christmas because I was bringing it in so late. Anh was professional, kind, and really took the time to help me choose a frame style that would compliment the piece. He took great care in handling the glass to make sure it would not get damaged. To my surprise, I got a call several days before Christmas that it was ready for pick up! The job was not only completed in under a week, but it came out looking even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Absolutely perfect. I cannot thank Anh enough for his superb work and for completing it so quickly!

This place is amazing!! I know nothing about frames and needed last minute assistance for a frame for a Christmas present. He had no problem assisting me with my last minute request and created a beautiful picture frame! Definitely will come back. Amazing store, highly recommend !!!!!!

Anh was so helpful with choosing a mat and frame for artwork I had done, and more recently for our son's college diploma. In a week, when the frame came in, as promised, he had it finished the same day, and did a beautiful job! I highly recommend The Great Frame Up. Anh is very courteous and professional!
