I moved from the DELCO area about 32 years ago. I recently inherited a very sentimental original poster size artwork, that was in a simple frame. I knew I wanted a privately owned frame shop who would have experience and give personal care to prepare the artwork for the long journey west. I looked online and found “The Great Frame Up”. It had many positive reviews. My daughter, who still lives in the area, brought the artwork to Anh. He choose the perfect matte border and used plexiglass for the covering. He was very accommodating answering my questions on the phone and face timing. The print made it safely with no damage. I recommend “The Great Frame Up” for all your picture and artwork needs!

I needed to put together a retirement gift using an industry picture with co-workers signatures in the matting. Not only did I get great advice how to do it but the also for steps along the way for how to accomplish it. The flexibility to put the picture together or do it myself was offered and was really appreciated. It would have meant less money for the shop doing it myself but I decided having the picture put together by the ship. The framing, glass, and hanger system was so well done I was very pleased especially with the recipients reaction.

Ahn is amazing! He worked with me to find the best matting and framing for my various photos. He took joy in helping with my anniversary present for my husband. A 3d post card from where we got engaged.he built the perfect frame box with led lighting. Ahn has a keen awareness of art and how to preserve it. I will always go here for any framing needed.

I have come to The Great Frame Up twice over the last couple of years. I've gotten two movie posters framed that meant a lot to me. Both times the work has been incredible. I was never pushed into more expensive territory and never felt up charged, but instead I felt listened to and had help with designing the frame and matte. I am incredibly happy with my posters and all of my guests always comment on how wonderful they look framed. I highly recommend coming here for all of your framing needs!

This was easily the best experience I've had getting something framed, and one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I came in the week before Christmas with a request to frame a piece of stained glass that has sentimental value and significance to my family and me. I fully expected that it would not be ready for Christmas because I was bringing it in so late. Anh was professional, kind, and really took the time to help me choose a frame style that would compliment the piece. He took great care in handling the glass to make sure it would not get damaged. To my surprise, I got a call several days before Christmas that it was ready for pick up! The job was not only completed in under a week, but it came out looking even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Absolutely perfect. I cannot thank Anh enough for his superb work and for completing it so quickly!

I visited The Great Frame Up for the first time today for assistance with a painting. Anh was extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable regarding my framing needs. He promptly responded to my phone call and he invited me into the store for same day service. I'm quite pleased with the outcome.
